Disclaimer & Terms of Use

1. Prices are for information only

Mandi prices on TaazaBhav come from the government's Agmarknet / data.gov.in data. They are indicative. The actual price of a sale can differ with quality, moisture, arrivals and the time of day. Always confirm the price at your mandi or with your arhtiya before you buy or sell.

See where the data comes from.

2. No guarantee of accuracy

We work hard to show correct, fresh information, but delays or errors in the government source, or a mandi not reporting, can make a price stale or wrong. MSP, government schemes, fertiliser rates, weather and farming advice are also for information only; the official notification is final.

3. Limitation of liability

TaazaBhav is not responsible for any loss from decisions (selling, buying, sowing, fertiliser) made on the basis of information on this site. The site is provided free, "as is".

4. Ads and external links

Google ads may appear here to keep the site free. Products or services in ads are the advertiser's responsibility, not TaazaBhav's. Links to other websites are for convenience only. For cookies, see the Privacy Policy.

5. Using the site

You may use the site free for personal and farming purposes and share any price or page link. Do not harm the site, send excessive automated requests, or republish our articles, design or tools as your own. Government price data remains under the government's own terms.

6. Changes and contact

These terms may change; the date above changes when they do. Report a wrong price or ask a question on the Contact page.
